1. How Fast do you process Orders? 

A: All Orders are processed the same business day unless the order is processed after business hours. In which case your order will be processed the next business day.

 

2. How Fast do you ship?

A: All Orders are shipped the following business day after payment has been made. 

 

3. Do you offer different shipping speeds?

A: Yes, we offer Expedited Shipping (2 to 5 business days) and Express Shipping (1 to 3 business days). Please note weekends and holidays are excluded.

 

4. Who do you Ship with?

A: We ship with Canada Post.

 

5. Order not delivered?

A: If you have not received your order in the time frame, please contact us to look further into the issue.

 

7. Do you offer tracking number?

A: Yes, once we process your orders tracking number will be issued by the email or SMS you provided at checkout. Please provide correct information for you to receive all updates on your order.
