Shipping Policy

Please be mindful that it takes 2 to 3 business days to process your order.

*After that time your order will be shipped.*

On most occasions you will receive your order within 4 to 6 business days.

If we believe your purchase was fraudulant and/or your billing and shipping address does not match your card info. We may cancel/refund the money without any notice.

Please make sure your address is correct, shipping labels are printed verbatim. If your order cannot be delivered due to a mistake while placing your order, redelivery fees may be collected.

Tracking info will be provided once your order has been shipped. *Note that custom orders may take longer, however we do ship Priority and First Class.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for delays caused by carrier services.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS take longer to ship, so please make sure you provide a phone number for customs purposes. After your order has been shippied it takes 6 to 10  business days to receive it.

Expedited processing times are available for an extra fee, if you prefer this option please email us and we can send an invoice. *Item availability subject to affect this option.*

Please allow an extra 3 to 5 business days for shipping around the holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.
